2011 Birthday Madness Begins
Being a February birthday, January sort of kicks off the birthday madness because lots of my friends have birthdays right around me. Though, if you ask Daddy, I don't think he believes it ever abates through the year.
Playing with Gavin's birthday gift: a train table!
Connor turns 3 with a Soccer party
With Ben at Tanisha's 3rd birthdayPump It Up
Kaylee and Kaitlyn turn 3 at Chuck E Cheese

Post-Holidaze
After the rush of the holidays (it starts somewhere around Halloween), January was a breeze. We enjoyed all our new gifts, caught up with our friends, and go back into the routine.
Happy to be outside on my yellow bike in January.
The upside of living in Texas.
I want to be a doctor when I grow up, just like Da-Jiu
Nap time with Daddy
Practicing to be a Jedi master
My new swim class with Miss Brittney. Just two of us this session!
Please check out the January album to see all the other pics from this month!

First Cavity
The morning of my biannual dentist appointment was greeted with snow! Yay! Before we headed to drop Gavin off at school so it could be a girls morning, Mommy and I took the time to make a teeny-tiny snowman.
Ice. My snowman is there at the bottom left.
We used a frozen carrot for his nose and chocolate chips for his eyes.
At my appointment, I did an awesome job watching TV and enjoying myself ... right before my dentist told me that she found my first. Whoops. She said that having deep grooves such as mine may add additional risk to having them, but that drinking juice, eating anything sweet, or not brushing and flossing twice a day may also be the cause. Yikes! Mommy had to explain to me that a cavity is a little hole in my tooth and that I needed to brush every day or I'll get more of them.
A couple of weeks later, I went back for my filling and to get the rest of my molars sealed as a precaution. Mommy didn't go in with me (they all agreed it would be best), but the nurse told her I did an AWESOME job the entire time. They painted a white sealant flower on my nail and gave me a beautiful tiara.
Afterwards, since I was such a good girl, Mommy said I could stay at home with her the rest of the day instead of going to school. We made a special trip to the mall and met up with my friend Ava to play.
Hopefully I get my teeth from my Daddy's side instead of Mommy. :) Here's to no more cavities!

My First Cinematic Experience
Daddy and I had a date to my first full-length feature on the big screen. He took me to go see Tangled 3D at the movies! I felt so special sitting in the big chair with my cool sunglasses, drink, and snacks. The movie was wonderful, and I was an absolute doll. Thank you, Daddy, for a wonderful date!
